Communication could greatly improve, particularly regarding advance queries!!! Room cleanliness needs attention, especially under the bed!!! Lifts are inconveniently narrow and time-consuming during peak hours!!!

I enjoyed the spacious room for a solo traveler. it provided comfort and a good night's sleep. The shower had excellent pressure and hot water right away, making it a refreshing experience. The view from my window of the cityscape was fantastic, enhancing my stay significantly.

The elevators weren't the fastest, although the wait wasn't overly frustrating.

We had a fantastic time exploring the area! One standout feature was the hotel's proximity to the MTR, making it super easy for us to get around with the kids. There were plenty of nearby food options, satisfying even our pickiest eater.

In my wife’s opinion, the staff responsiveness could use some work. It would be great if the hotel offered more family-friendly amenities.
